We have had our vehicles repaired at Belden's multiple times. Each time the staff has proven to be knowledgeable, friendly, and above all else, honest. Belden's truly will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are taken care of. On one occasion after a repair, our vehicle started having issues again. With one quick phone call we arranged to drop it off at Belden's and the issue was immediately fixed. While we have always been pleased with the quality of work done at Belden's, it is the way the staff genuinely cares about their customers that keeps us coming back. Just recently, I was driving down Bulverde Road on my way to pick up my children from school and got a flat right in front of Belden's. I pulled into Belden's and found Eli eating his lunch inside. Without hesitation Eli came outside and changed my tire for me and quickly got me back on the road. I was truly touched by his kindness. He is an excellent representation of what Belden's stands for: quality service. We are so thankful to have Belden's there when we need them!

There is a reason that over the past 9 years I’ve been taking all my needed auto repairs to Belden’s Automotive & Tires – Boerne location. The reason is that upon every occasion of needed auto service, Belden’s Automotive & Tires has been prompt to respond, honest in pricing the repairs and professional in providing quality work. The manager, Kenny, and his staff have always been courteous in addressing any concerns and have proven to be worthy of their AAA endorsement. I have in the past, and will continue in the future, recommend Belden’s Automotive & Tires.

I purchased a 2012 Ford F350 diesel used and my friend recommended Ethan to check out my truck especially since I would be towing a 14k 5th wheel 1200 miles to Utah in the following month. He was able to give me the down and dirty of the possible issues and the good points of the truck without trying to sell stuff I didn't need. If I was staying in the area I would use this shop for maintenance on my truck.

Last week I was in San Antonio with a group of many automotive shop owners across the country in town for a superconference. A few of us decided to go down to the Riverwalk for a few hours, but discovered a nail in the tire of our friend's car. We called ahead, and were told they could get us in for a plug and patch. From the minute we walked into the shop, we felt right at home as they embodied what each of us shop owners strive for. Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable facility, friendly and welcoming manager and service writers as well as the service tech. Our time there was very pleasant and it didn't take long at all to get us back safely on the road. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

I'm an auto shop owner and the vehicle we were driving in had a nail in the tire. We found Belden auto repair on the internet and called for an appointment and an estimated completion time. They were helpful,courteous and polite. We pulled in and were warmly greeted and the car was finished inabot 35 to 40 minutes. We were impressed with their facility, personnel and culture.
