Hands down, one of the best experiences I've ever had with an automotive place! The staff is exceptional. Being new to the area, Charlie was very patient and helpful walking me through the process of getting my vehicle registered in Texas. He took the extra time to write down locations and numbers for me. Alex and Carl gave me great suggestions about things to do in the local area. In a time where good customer service is a rarity more than the norm, it is so refreshing to come to a place where they take pride in making sure their customers are satisfied. Not only will I be back, I'm going to recommend them to others!

I was there for vehical inspection couple of times and the vehical inspector was not available. All I had to do is find another inspection center.

These guys are awesome. As a female sometimes we can get "messed over" at mechanics, but these guys made me feel so comfortable and Colt has been such a help. Family owned, their prices are great and they have quite a few services available plus a few locations.

I have never written a review before and I may never again , but I knew that I HAD to tell of my experience here. I was traveling from my home in Florida to Northern California, with a 4 day stop in S.A. TX for my son's graduation from basic training in the USAF. My Chevy S-10 began running extremely rough, stalling at idle, and just barely able to stay running. I did a Google search for an Auto Repair place with good reviews, and settled on Belden's at 8825 Fredericksburg Rd. I spoke to Tony, who appeared to be the manager of this location. I explained that I was from out of town, there for my son's graduation, and that I was due to leave on Sunday. This was Friday morning, could he please help me? Before they would look at my truck at all, I was charged $108 Diagnostic Fee, which I thought to be a little excessive, but if they did good work and treated me fairly thereafter, I hoped that it would be worth it. Besides, I did not have a lot of choices at the time. So, I signed the paper and asked Tony to, "Please try to be as reasonable with me as possible", as I was trusting them to help me. Tony called a short time later, telling me that it was the "Mass Air Flow Sensor" that was causing the problem. I was immediately a little relieved, as I recognized the name of the part, and believed it to be rather inexpensive. However, he went on to say that he could only find an "AC Delco part at this moment, and the price to do the repair would be $350 plus the $108 diagnosis fee, for a total of over $450. Wow, I was shocked, so I asked if I could call him back in a few minutes. I then called the first Autozone that came up on a map search of my area. They had the part in stock for $85 with a lifetime warranty, and when I asked the guy on the phone, he said it was very easy to change, would only require a screwdriver, and could be done in about 15 minutes. I looked it up on YouTube, and he was right, anyone could do this job in less than 15 minutes, with nothing more than a screwdriver. So, I went directly back to Belden's, politely told Tony that I wanted to just pay the Diagnostic Fee and pick up my truck. He stated, "Yeah, that sensor is not hard to replace yourself, if you can find it". I thought that sounded a little odd, since most people know about all the help available on YouTube. So, he said he would have my truck "ready" for me in a few minutes. I had already stopped at Autozone on the way over and got the part, so I just drove my barely running truck 2 blocks up, to the nearest gas station. Literally, 10 minutes later and with nothing more than the $2.99 screwdriver that I bought at Autozone, and the part was changed. It has a little clip with wires on it, that I clicked in when I finished putting the part in. I started up the truck, and to my extreme horror, there was absolutely no improvement in the way it ran. Now I was freaking out. I had taken the truck back from the mechanic, did the work myself, in a gas station parking spot, and it did not fix the problem. Oh no, what am I going to do now? OK, calm myself down, and look at the truck. I unclipped and reclipped the wires together, no help. I followed the wires to see where they went. That is when I found it. At the other end of the wires, near the "Throttle Body" there are 2 more clips. one of them was unclipped, the one that was hard to notice because it hung down underneath some other stuff. I clipped it together and "BAM"!! The engine smoothed right out, and started running just like it always had before. YES! Thank God! But then I started thinking about how that clip had gotten undone to begin with, and Tony's words to me, "not to hard to fix, "if you can find it""!! Man. that would be a hell of a thing to do. I have no proof, but now you have the whole story, so you can decide for yourselves.

Great repair shop. Very friendly staff, competitive prices. Take all our vehcles there!

Extremely poor customer service. Overpriced, and do not give results for being such high prices. They were sarcastic and very difficult to deal with. They do not display any care for the customers and instead make them feel uncomfortable. Will never return. Please do not go to this place.
