San Antonio and Boerne Auto Repair

Have been here in the past and had no problems, recently dropped my car off to get a new back window regulator and was very shocked by the quote I got of almost $600 for a part that was $95. On top of that when I decided not to have the repairs done there, Carl was very rude to me, talking over me and not allowing me to say anything. He was condescending and putting me down telling me I would be back and then he would charge double. It was very unlike any other experience I had there and I am upset that this is the impression I have now been given and will not return.

They were informative about what was wrong with my vehicle and took the time to make sure the issues were fixed. They did quote me 180 dollars and when I got there it was 289 dollars I wasn't sure what happened I am assuming it didn't include the labor. In the future it would be nice to know the whole amount tax included then the base price. Other than that they were very helpful great customer service.

I will only go here if I can help it, they are super nice, affordable and respectful of your time

The first time I stopped here I was on my way to work and my tire light came on...I asked the gentleman to look at it for me and he did it quickly and didn't even charge me, said just please come back and see us if you need anything else, well with that kind of service who wouldn't so I went back and had another item repaired and it was quick and painless, these people are respectful of your time and affordable. Who could ask for more when dealing with auto repair. Thank you!

The guys here at Belden's are extremely nice and helpful. I brought a few of my vehicles in to them for a state inspection. They took me in immediately, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'd recommend everyone to go see them.
