I took my car in to address a couple of concerns while it was still under an extended warranty and Belden's determined the issue: I needed a new transmission and a new master switch for one of my windows. They contacted the warranty company, got someone to come out and approve the new transmission and window work the same day, and I had my car back within one week after they got the parts, including the Thanksgiving holiday! Ray Trevino was my service advisor and kept in great contact with me, letting me know what was going on every step of the way. The work was done about a week earlier than projected, as the parts came in sooner, and they got the work done right away. I was very pleased and would definitely go back to Belden's.
