San Antonio and Boerne Auto Repair

I have never used a non dealer mechanic shop as all my vehicles have had a warranty when work was needed. I went to Beldon off a recomendation and found it to be a great one. The staff was exceptional and the shop was super clean. I had two visits and delt with Tracy, Carl, and Mark. Very professional, and Carl must have been a stand up comic a time in the past! Beldons was strait forward with the repairs I needed. I had an opinon given on an oil leak I had from another shop. That opinion was changed by Beldons with their second opinion. It turned out to be a cheaper fix that the first, and they were aware of the first opinion. These guys are honest folks and should be given a chance to make the same impression on you!

Great experience! My car was acting up and I took it to the San Pedro location. Carl, Alex, and Tracy were great. They diagnosed the issue, answered my questions, and had my vehicle fixed in under the promised time.

My family and I have taken our vehicles here for the last few years and have always been happy with the staff and service. Everyone I speak with is very helpful and always willing to answer any questions I have. I am very happy with Belden's Automotive! We have been at the Bulverde road location and the one on 281 near Bitters.

Time management is very important with my job and all the traveling I do. The folks at Beldens understand how important it is for me to schedule an appointment, get the job done and get me on the road again. I really appreciate that there is always someone there to drive me back to the office so that I don't just sit there and wait. Manager Carl Creasy was very helpful, as he has been for me in the ten years that he has helped me regarding vehicle questions, Yesterday's issue turned out to just be a turn signal bulb, but he also had vehicle fluids , wiper blades. belts, hoses, and tires inspected visually. (I always appreciate that he checks out these extras, because I seriously wouldn't know what to look for.) Carl is willing to give advice on what he would do "if it were his car" (like a dad), and I have Never felt that his advice was anything but helpful.

Was called regarding needed repair and it was discussed. The next morning received a call that the car was ready. Was called shortly after as the driver was ready to pick me up. My experience with the whole problem was good. Everyone was helpful and gave great service. It was all appreciated very much. Thanks to ONE AND ALL!!

My wife first took her vehicle to Belden’s after being in a fender-bender. She experienced such good customer service and the repairs to the vehicle were done so well that we have never considered going elsewhere. They have replaced my car’s transmission and I was very happy with the results. Although they are not the cheapest in town, I think they are the most honest and reliable. I was extremly satisfied with very professional service. Tech was very knowlegable about repair. All employees very nice and professional.
