I love Belden's Automotive & Tires staff. They are professional and friendly. They give me truthful opinions on what needs to be done to my vehicles. There are no surprises with pricing because the staff tells you upfront what the cost of repairs will be and that's important. I have come to Belden's for all my car needs in past and I will continue to come to Belden's in the future.

In San Antonio for a doctor's appointment. On the way, my oil filter blew off the O-ring and I was stranded at Methodist Plaza 70 miles from home. Belden's was recommended, so I called. I figured I would be left hanging but no. Belden's contacted tow truck which towed me to their shop. All were amazing, especially Gil. They worked me in, replaced my oil filter and all within a few hours. Their shop is exceptionally clean and orderly. I would highly recommend these people. Thanks again to all you guys! Everyone was so helpful. I didn't realize that I needed to have an appt but they still fit me in and made my experience so great! They were quick and helpful and I will be going back! Wonderful company with amazing employees!

I scheduled an appointment at the Bulverde Road location this morning to have registration renewed today, and it was as easy as can be. I ended up getting my oil changed, as well. Carl scheduled my appointment and welcomed me into the shop. They were all very helpful & very personable. They took great care of my car, and let me know of things that I needed to get taken care of (outside of their shop). We will definitely return.

I got an ill-timed flat that needed a completely new tire. I tried several stores, but no one seemed to have one in stock. They could all order one for me, but it would be available in two or three days. When I called Belden, they were just about to order some tires and could order mine to arrive that afternoon. Long story short, I got a text around four in the afternoon that my tire had arrived as promised. The installation was quick and the staff were very nice and courteous. I would definitely go back for other services they provide.

Exceptional service from the entire staff, especially Michael. Honesty and integrity all the way through the staff. They took care of my scared wife when her brakes failed and her tire started falling apart on the same day and did excellent work on our vehicle. Michael went above and beyond to reassure her and make certain she was safe, and is a pleasure every time we speak to him. Very kind and funny crew here, great to talk to. Service and expertise like this is hard to find these days - this may be the best shop in the city. We have been here several times now and cannot say enough kind words about all of the staff and the quality of work at this shop.

These guys always remember my name and make you feel like your the most important customer. They offer a fair price and let you know what other problems your car may have without the hard sale. They have no problem giving me expert advice on items I decide to fix myself. They are reliable and trustworthy. I look forward to sending them all my future work. Thank you Jason and John. I was unhappy with my the Mercedes dealership's service department and brought my car to Belden's. Not only did they fix the car for significantly less, they took care of all the little details. I will not take my car anywhere else now!
