I am highly impressed with this dealership. My car completely petered out and I drove the 2 miles barely stopping at stop signs so that my car would not stall to get to them. They drove me home and even drove me to a rental car dealership because a lot of work had to be done. Great customer service. I also felt that the work they had to do was at a value price. They worked very hard to get my car ready in 1 day, as I requested. And they did. Very impressed. I am highly impressed with this dealership. Ok naysayers! Guess what? I loved this place and the people who serviced me! San Pedro scheduled me 4 days earlier but when I got there, they "couldn't fit me in" because of a guy who had the shits and didn't show for work. Well the good news is that they suggested the Beldon's on Freds Road. They took me in right away, offered me coffee and turned on the tv for me. My car had been through the "Broadway" shops and no one could find the cause of the rough ride on my Audi A4 which I had crashed into a curb a month earlier. I was ready to give up on my sweet Audi ride when these guys found what no one else could for some reason -- bend axles! The ordered from out of town -- going to pick them up themselves when the wrong ones were delivered the first time! They accommodated my schedule and my car -- When I got it back, it rode like new again! I was so excited to have my sweet ride back. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back when I need additional work. Don't let the diagnostic price scare you -- it's returned with the repair balance. They checked out my car before delivering it back to me to make sure it was right --- THE FIRST TIME! All is well -- I'm even happy that guy at San Pedro had the Shits!

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!! They charge you hundreds more for parts you can get online as well as, over charge you for labor and the manager is a slick talking idiot who tries to sound like he knows what he's talking about but comes off like a dumb ass! DO NOT take your vehicle to this place!

Took my car to Beldens and Charlie was amazing. He did what was needed to get fixed in a timely manner. He was honest and said that my car did not have any problems and was clean. I did have a oil leak and they ordered parts and took care of issue. I would have spent more money had I taken my care to BMW. Thanks again to Charlie for helping and having such great Customer Service.

My daughter was planning a used car purchase & I wanted Belden's to verify it's safety. I am so glad they checked it out! It needed approximately $1000 worth of repairs. Having it inspected saved my daughter from purchasing a"certified" vehicle that wasn't! Also, the inspection was quoted as $50 & it actually was $129. But Belden's stood behind the incorrect quote. To me, that shows a company that is full of integrity!

Alex was incredibly helpful in getting my Honda Civic wheel replaced. I fell into a pothole and bent my rim, so both the rim and the tire needed to be replaced. I called around 9AM and Alex was able to get me both parts, brand new and installed the same day by 6PM. The price was fair compared to other shops in the area. They also disposed of my damaged rim and wheel. Alex was very friendly and professional as well as the other staff. I will come here again for my auto needs. Thanks!

After a little misunderstanding,my truck was taken care of with out any problems,on time.Great Job !!!!!

We took our company car in for service - Charlie was awesome! He kept me informed of everything just like he promised. The service was quick and he suggested for us to bring the car back for a tune up. He gave me a quote and was not at all pushy. We will definitely take the car back for future service.
