I will be recommending these guys to everyone that needs help on their car. I dropped off my car with mark at the front desk for diagnostics in the morning. They called me back by lunch time as promised to tell me exactly what was wrong. I added in some other maintenance work and they had my car up and running by the time i was off of work the same day. I was refered to Beleden's by a friend who has been in the area a long time. I needed a muffler and tailpipe for an import minitruck that is not sold in the U.S. My entire experience at Belden's was extremely positive. The Service Manager was very professional and polite (as was the other employees that I interacted with). He listened to my concerns then got his exhaust technician and together we looked at my truck and discussed options and solutions. The service was completed very quickly and I am 100% satified with the results and cost. The techician also fabricated a screen for my tailpipe to keep the mice from storing pecans in the muffler (one of the issues I was having). Belden's is now my "go to" service center. I will be taking all my vehicles there when I need repairs/service!

Great, friendly, knowledgable service at a fair price, especially with their coupons and Ladies' Day. We've taken several "exotic" cars there for service, both regular and repair. They don't talk down to me and explain services clearly and answer my questions. I trust them with my baby, a MINI, as does my husband with his highly modified VW GTI. They get the work done as quickly as possible. At longest the next day.

We had to have our jeep worked on and Jim did a EXCELLANT job! He kept us updated on the status of the jeep throughout the whole process and fixed it quickly. I can't say enough good things about this place. Everytime we went in there we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy. After they initially fixed the problem it stopped working and they even hauled it back to the garage at their expense and found the problem to what was causing the issue and didn't charge us a dime for that visit! I have never had an experience like this before with an auto shop. I would recommend them to anyone and know that you will be in good hands!!
