I took my car here to get the oil changed and tires rotated. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, however, just for an oil change and rotation they took an hour to service my car when I had previously made an appointment, while I did not expect the 15 minute time frame of instant oil change shops I did expect a reasonable time frame of around half an hour. When they were (finally) finished with my car they gave me a list of repairs that should be completed based off the engine diagnostics. This was a serpentine belt replacement, coolant flush, and brake fluid flush. Their estimates on these three services was approximately 500 dollars in total. After calling a few other repair shops I found this to be highly unreasonable amount to ask. I ended up going to another repair shop close by and had my coolant and belt replaced for 190 (the price Belden wanted to charge me for just the belt replacement). I also asked the other place to take a look at the brake fluid and they said that, while it was showing signs of needing to be replaced in the future (approx, next oil change), that it did not need it now unless I was having trouble stopping, which I have not been. The friendliness of the staff, and them not putting pressure on me to have my car repaired instantly and at their shop is the reason they earn two stars instead of one. TL;DR - Friendly, low pressure, but slow service and they try to gut you on prices for parts and labor for basic repair services.
