San Antonio and Boerne Auto Repair

My wife first took her vehicle to Belden’s after being in a fender-bender. She experienced such good customer service and the repairs to the vehicle were done so well that we have never considered going elsewhere. They have replaced my car’s transmission and I was very happy with the results. Although they are not the cheapest in town, I think they are the most honest and reliable. That is why I recommend Belden's to my friends and family. Their service is fast and most importantly it’s done right. Thank you Belden's!

Was welcomed warmly. Discussed problem. Driver was called to bring me home. He was extremely courteous and helped me in to the truck. He brought me to the back of Franklin Park to my unit. Was called regarding needed repair and it was discussed. The next morning received a call that the car was ready. Was called shortly after as the driver was ready to pick me up. My experience with the whole problem was good. Everyone was helpful and gave great service. It was all appreciated very much. Thanks to ONE AND ALL!!

My wife and I have used Beldens for several different services for both of our vehicles from brake service to oil changes and there's always one constant, they do a terrific job. Everyone is very friendly and honestly looking to help keep our vehicle in top working condition. Having the location off of Bulverde Rd is great because its so close to home. Id definitely recommend Beldens for any automotive service. They're the best in San Antonio. Both Jason Thomas and Charlie Hurlburt were great to work with!

After having another place try to charge me an outrageous amount to replace the alternator (which was going to take 4 days to arrive from Ohio), I gave Belden's a call mid-afternoon on a Friday. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon and even gave me a courtesy ride back home. After confirming that it was the alternator, they discovered that the serpentine belt was in poor condition and needed to be replaced as well. Parts & labor for both repairs ended up costing about half of what I was quoted from the other place, and the repairs were completed by the next day. My compliments on their fast service and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them.

I will never go here again and DO NOT recommend this place. I paid $150 for freon just to be told the next week that the problem is actually my AC compressor and is going to cost around $1k. They could have checked the compressor before sucking every penny out of me. Not impressed at all.

Mark was very efficient in getting me an appointment. He kept me in the loop about what needed to be done and had my car serviced and out the same day. Great Teamwork, guys! C.Hodo

I have never used a non dealer mechanic shop as all my vehicles have had a warranty when work was needed. I went to Beldon off a recomendation and found it to be a great one. The staff was exceptional and the shop was super clean. I had two visits and delt with Tracy, Carl, and Mark. Very professional, and Carl must have been a stand up comic a time in the past! Beldons was strait forward with the repairs I needed. I had an opinon given on an oil leak I had from another shop. That opinion was changed by Beldons with their second opinion. It turned out to be a cheaper fix that the first, and they were aware of the first opinion. These guys are honest folks and should be given a chance to make the same impression on you!
