My 2006 BMW needed struts replaced – coming up was Memorial Day week and I felt this was going to be impossible and would need to wait until after the holiday – I telephoned Charlie on Bulverde Rd. this was on a Thursday, and by Friday morning my issue was resolved! I’m so happy with their professionalism – Belden's Automotive my first option for repairs! I will return, DD12

After having another place try to charge me an outrageous amount to replace the alternator (which was going to take 4 days to arrive from Ohio), I gave Belden's a call mid-afternoon on a Friday. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon and even gave me a courtesy ride back home. After confirming that it was the alternator, they discovered that the serpentine belt was in poor condition and needed to be replaced as well. Parts & labor for both repairs ended up costing about half of what I was quoted from the other place, and the repairs were completed by the next day. My compliments on their fast service and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them.

I take my car to Belden's Automotive in Boerne off IH10 because of the service I receive from Jim Clarke. He knows more about cars than any other person I know. Because of his automotive knowledge, he helped me get my car repaired by Lincoln under the warranty. Now that my warranty has expired, I take it to him at Belden's. I trust Jim to do the right thing, every time.

I have been taking my 2000 F250 5.4L 4X4 to them for a many years now for its regular BG oil change and for the occasional maintenance issues that a truck with 170,000 + miles would normally have. Since I have been taking my truck to them it has been running better and with less problems than when it was newer and was being serviced by the Ford dealership where I had been taking it.

I have been a customer of Belden's for several years. I have always have very goode service. There have been times when there have been communications problems, but there was an immediate follow-up by one of the Beldens and it has been addressed. Overall, this is a good place to have your vehicle serviced and any issues addressed. There have been many service managers I have dealt with, but the quality of service has been consistent. I have found this garage can be trusted and they will only tell you the truth. The service manager I have dealt with most recently is Mike. This is a good place to do business with.

I will be recommending these guys to everyone that needs help on their car. I dropped off my car with mark at the front desk for diagnostics in the morning. They called me back by lunch time as promised to tell me exactly what was wrong. I added in some other maintenance work and they had my car up and running by the time i was off of work the same day. Thanks again guys.
