San Antonio and Boerne Auto Repair

I was working with Stephan to get our car fixed. The price was outstanding actually $700 dollars less than Ancira. As I told Stephan there always seems to be a "but I" when I go to Beldens. This time it was the car is ready. 20 min. later the phone rings and its not today! I thought I had the right part "but I" got the wrong part. I had to rent a car and get the car the next day. It was fixed well, just not when promised.

Excellent Service from everyone at the Boerne Belden's location. Speedy repairs at a fair price. Jim Clarke helped me with several questions on multiple cars.

We were so pleased to have someone who would install a part we purchased on ebay in order to save some money. They were efficient, courteous and welcoming. My daughter recommended them to us and we are glad she did. We will recommend Belden to anyone needing good service.

Hi, My experience at Belden's auto location near Boerne is usually very positive and they greet me by name when I come into their office. I had just returned for a free oil change and tire rotation that I had received from doing an online survey and review on Google. Steven Hawkins was the service advisor that assisted me that day and he was professional and friendly and made sure that I got a ride into work. Later on he called and gave me an update on the status of my vehicle which I appreciated.

Service on my GMC was fast and excellent, very little wait time. Have been a loyal customer to Belden's for a long time and never had any problems. Good job Mark

Jim and his staff were wonderful! We were on our way to our son's ALL STAR baseball game heading to Mason when our car was acting up on the 10 freeway. We immediately pulled into the nearest Belden's in Boerne since this was the closest location and Jim and his staff immediately took the car in and it was fixed within the hour! He knew we had a time constraint but that didn't stop him from taking care of us which really went a long way in our books! Thanks again and as always, I will be referring anyone I know who needs to great place to take their car to, o:)

Steven was very helpful and friendly. When he called to give to tell me the service the car needed, I asked him to call husband since he is the main person driving car. He immediately agreed and call and explain to my husband the service that was needed. All at front desk were helpful and friendly.

Alex and Jim have helped me numerous times with servicing and maintenance of our 3 vehicles as well as my mother-in-law's car. I have been impressed with their timeliness and thoroughness of the work done. The facilities are always clean, neat and the work professionally done. Thanks for the good work.
