Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done and completed as promised. The shuttle service really helped, since my wife was out of town. I was even able to work from the location, as they have a very work friendly Wi-Fi connection. I had some A/C work done on my 2014 Chevy truck and Mark even helped me with an extended warranty claim that helped reduce my out of pocket expense. If I need the services of a mechanic again, Belden's will be the first place I look!!

I needed work done on my Mercedes. This is the only shop that I use. I had the vehicle towed and spoke with Oscar. The problem was diagnosed, repairs were done at a fair price and the service was EXCELLENT. Mark at the front desk is always helpful. always great and honest service. No upcharges or surprises. Thank you.....This is the only place I take my vehicles for service.

Thanks to Charlie and Tony for helping me get a new Battery this morning under the Interstate Warranty program.

Work seemed to be fine, overall just was a bit more expensive than other quotes, but they were close and could get me in quicker. Just kind of pricey.

I went here to get my vehicle inspected and was in and out in 15 mins. The employees were very friendly, professional and best if all very honest. I will be taking my vehicle here from now on.

Today was the second time I've used Belden's on Bulverde and I couldn't be more happy with their service and the staff. I had a flat tire today and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. When I dropped off my tire, I mentioned that the spare looked a bit low and Charles checked it out and added air. I felt like this is how he would treat his family and I appreciated the extra effort he took in taking care of my situation! I could see that they were very busy, but they squeezed in the service for me and contacted me when it was ready. Tony and Jeff (I hope I remembered Jeff's name right) were in the office and both are very funny and friendly. I'm very happy with this company and feel like I can trust their service!!

I recently got my vehicle inspected at the Bulverde road location. A mistake was made in copying the VIN number, so when I went to get my truck registered, it did not exist. I went back to Belden's, and they inspected my truck again for free ensuring the correct VIN number was entered. I was very pleased with their willingness to help me, and not charge me again. I also saw that if you review them on google, they will throw in a free oil change. Now I have two reasons to return to Beldon's.

Cannot rave about Belden's enough. I've never had to wait more than a day to get my car in. They always go the extra mile to make sure I'm getting the best deal but yet fixing the problem fully. Every person in the shop is super knowledgeable and willing to give me straight answers about maintenance I need now versus future protection. I've also gotten tires from them with great results. My last issue, they drove me home and picked up at my house when my truck was done without being asked. Love the guys and gals who work there and will take my vehicles nowhere else.
