This garage is one of the best I have every done business with! My daughter is new to the San Antonio area and needed work done on her car. I searched the web for reviews on garages local to San Antonio and Alamo Garage was rated among the top so I gave them a try and I wasn't disappointed. Being from out of state a good garage with honest mechanics can be hard to find. This garage is a keeper. They are competitively priced, very polite, honest and treat their customers well. I am very satisfied with the work they performed. I highly recommend them!

The service with this company is the best that I have ever had with any auto mechanics. My vehicle is older and they have given me good advice on what has to be fixed and what can wait. The price has been fair and the service great.

Not sure where the negativity is coming from in the reviews - a competitor pretending to be customers? 1. I had an inspection - took an hour and cost me under $20 - the folks couldn't have been nicer. No fake diagnoses or upselling. 2. Took my daughter's car in for brake work. They properly diagnosed what another shop did not (the other place tried to sell me a brake power booster for about $600 installed). This saved me money and resulted in my daughter being safer. I have personally experienced this company as a consumer and this review is a true representation of that experience.

In and out in a flash. I needed an oil change on the wife's van and had a couple of kids in tow and it was raining heavily. I bet we were there for maybe 30 minutes. Thanks a bunch for the speedy service. Sometimes it isn't just about who is the cheapest. I will return. Thanks.

Called this automotive shop on a Saturday after having a flat after midnight. I called to see if they could do a patch, and they responded they could. Went right over, and was in and out in 20 minutes. Tire was repaired, and was under $30. Thank you so much for helping patch my tire! Oh, by the way, the nail that did the deed sits on my desk as a reminder to drive more cautious. Highly recommend this location!

Kudos to Belden's Automotive! I'm in charge of my auto's maintenance needs and my car was getting close to the 36,000 mile mark. Realizing my car needed more than it's normal oil change and tire rotation, I took advantage of the October 2012 special: Oil change, tire rotation, coolant system flush, 38 point inspection and using BG Products (high quality) for only $189. I'm impressed with service, care and quality that was shown to myself and my car. Also, received the BG Products Lifetime Protection plan for my car. :-)

Belden's Auto is the only place I will take my car. They always give great service and get the job done quickly. Jason Belden is extremely helpful and makes sure everything that needs to get taken care of gets done. Mike has done a great job in communicating with me about what exactly is going on with my car so I can understand. Every time I have been in there they make it as convenient and easy as possible so even when I was having car problems it wasn't much of a hassle for me, thanks to them. They have provided, multiple times, the best costume service I have experienced in dealing with my car!

Our local dealership charged $200 for diagnostics for a problem which not only did they not fix but actually made worse and then misdiagnosed the problem that they ultimately wanted $700 to resolve. We decided to ditch the dealer and go to Belden following a recommendation. Belden provided an hour of free diagnostics, free pick-up from home, and had the whole thing repaired in 24 hours at half the cost. Ed the Service Director listened to the issue and then gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be replaced. I was impressed with their knowledge and expertise in getting the job completed professionally. Overall, now I've found these guys, I'll never go back to the dealership.
