I was extremly satisfied with very professional service. Tech was very knowlegable about repair. All employees very nice and professional. I have already recommended this establishment to co-workers and friends. Very good service.Jim Clarke was very helpful and kept in contact with me. Technician did exceptional job.

My wife and I have used Beldens for several different services for both of our vehicles from brake service to oil changes and there's always one constant, they do a terrific job. Everyone is very friendly and honestly looking to help keep our vehicle in top working condition. Having the location off of Bulverde Rd is great because its so close to home. Id definitely recommend Beldens for any automotive service. They're the best in San Antonio. Both Jason Thomas and Charlie Hurlburt were great to work with!

After having another place try to charge me an outrageous amount to replace the alternator (which was going to take 4 days to arrive from Ohio), I gave Belden's a call mid-afternoon on a Friday. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon and even gave me a courtesy ride back home. After confirming that it was the alternator, they discovered that the serpentine belt was in poor condition and needed to be replaced as well. Parts & labor for both repairs ended up costing about half of what I was quoted from the other place, and the repairs were completed by the next day. My compliments on their fast service and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them.

I will never go here again and DO NOT recommend this place. I paid $150 for freon just to be told the next week that the problem is actually my AC compressor and is going to cost around $1k. They could have checked the compressor before sucking every penny out of me. Not impressed at all.

Mark was very efficient in getting me an appointment. He kept me in the loop about what needed to be done and had my car serviced and out the same day. Great Teamwork, guys! C.Hodo

I have never used a non dealer mechanic shop as all my vehicles have had a warranty when work was needed. I went to Beldon off a recomendation and found it to be a great one. The staff was exceptional and the shop was super clean. I had two visits and delt with Tracy, Carl, and Mark. Very professional, and Carl must have been a stand up comic a time in the past! Beldons was strait forward with the repairs I needed. I had an opinon given on an oil leak I had from another shop. That opinion was changed by Beldons with their second opinion. It turned out to be a cheaper fix that the first, and they were aware of the first opinion. These guys are honest folks and should be given a chance to make the same impression on you!

I was very pleased with the expediency with which they handled my needs and car, as well as their professionalism, along with being very courteous...a real hard to beat combination.
