This place is great! They answered all my questions and got me everything I needed!

In the last few months I have had my wife's Mercedes, my daughter's Cadillac and my Toyota Tundra all worked on at the China Grove location and Josh and his crew did an outstanding job diagnosing multiple problems that was causing the check engine light to come on with the wife's car and our daughter's car. I could not be happier with their work, as well as, their customer service. It was a pleasant change from where I have been going. I will recommend Josh and his guys for all your vehicle needs.

I first got the recommendation from a person on nextdoor. I called and spoke with Charlie at the Bulverde location. I told him the history of my car being at the dealership back in January where they recommended a whole new engine. Well, that was a bit much. So, I appreciated Charlie's honesty and had my car towed in. Unfortunately, it was not worth repairing. Charlie kept me updated everyday. I really think that is good customer service. He was totally honest with me about my whole situation with the car. This sure is one place in which I will always recommend anyone to take their car to. Great service!

I came here 3x for car inspection. No issues, fast and organized. I know they charge $90 just to look at issues. I know other places that don’t. I am not familiar with their prices. Not my first choice due to the $90 fee just to take a look.

Belden's Automotive really came through for me in diagnosing my car correctly and providing me an honest assessment of which a local dealership had previously told me I needed brake pads and rotors replaced. The staff at Belden's checked and the brake pads were still at 6-7 mm scale and rotors did not need to be replaced. Beldon's performed other services needed and did so in a timely manner and I was able to be back in my car at the end of the day. Great job Belden's.
