I needed help with a headlight being out and asked for help changing it as I don't know much about cars haha. Justin was more than happy to help and did an amazing job, Everyone was so nice about the situation. Will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future if needed!!

I’ve used this shop several times but they’ve recently had some staff changes so everybody here is new to me but as a business when we take our vans in there and our trucks we expect proper diagnosis. But unfortunately after $7000 we picked up our van and it did not run any better than when we dropped it off as a matter of fact, it didn’t make it to the office when we picked it up. we consulted some other mechanics and some other shops and found that there was a problem with the exhaust on the left bank and that was not noted at any time during Belen’s diagnosis until after we spent the $7000 throwing some other parts at it. Unfortunately, given the condition of the catalytic converter and the recommendation of two outside mechanics, it appears this was the problem from the beginning and Belden just happened to miss it. They didn’t have any interest in trying to help us out. They just said do you know the $7000 is it and if you want give us another $7000 we will work on the catalytic converter because it failed while it was here, however that was not the case. Catalytic converter appears to have been the problem from the beginning we wasted a bunch of time misdiagnosing it.

I have done a great deal of business with Belden automotive, and I recently had a little bit of a disagreement with them. However, they worked nonstop to make everything right and make me feel better about all of the repairs that were done. My service advisor and myself just didn’t see eye 2 eye on what was done, and the district manager was able to contact me, and all three of us worked together to take care of the issue and the concern. in today’s climate it’s hard to find a company that cares, Belden does care.

The Belden Team diagnosed and corrected the issues we were having with our Acura RDX. They were very professional and there were no surprises. Will continue to take all of our vehicles to them for repairs.
