Belden’s really went to bat for me this past week. I purchased a Jeep from Carvana and needed to get it into a preferred mechanic shop asap for a diagnostic check. In less than 18 hours after first talking with Ian at Belden’s my Jeep was in their shop to get checked out! A couple hours later I was leaving their shop with a complete diagnostic check done and their awesome service guy, Ian took care of contacting Carvana with their assessment. Belden’s customer service and their whole team went above and beyond for me this past week and I am so grateful! Thank you Ian and your whole team for helping me out!

I always have good service at Belden Automotive. My battery light came on and I had to drop it off right before the July 4th holiday. They squeeze my diagnostic in on that Friday and I was able to pick up my repaired vehicle on Saturday morning. I always feel confident they are doing everything possible to give me the best price and good service. I will continue to use Belden Automotive for future needs.
