I came in unannounced in need of a plug/patch for my rear tire. I was prepared to sit and wait for at least an hour since I just showed up without an appt. They took me in without hesitation and said it would be about 15-20 minutes which I thought was beyond awesome. As I waited I checked out their selection of books and was impressed to see Dave Ramsey’s “Total Money Makeover” and told the team that I liked their store even more already. When my truck was ready, I went to pay and they said the service was on them. Wait, WHAT?! Despite my insistence, they refused to take my money on this one. Hard to come by people and businesses like this in today’s world. I am BEYOND grateful and impressed by Jay and the team at Belden’s. They’ve earned my business for as long as I shall live here and need to get anything done on my vehicles. Truly top-tier customer service! Thank you Jay and Team! Until next time.

The staff are polite and friendly, making you feel welcome. They email and text pictures and a report of repairs needing to be done. I thought this was amazing. And they do not pressure you on repairs they suggest. I will use them again in the future!
