I was in the process of moving back to SA. My A/c went out and I called my old garage, a garage that has serviced four vehicles for myself, my wife and two daughters from 2007 through 2019. From 2019 I continued to have my daughters cars serviced. So when I reached out and asked if they could look at my car and repair the A/C they gave me a date two weeks out! I called and spoke to Rick Soto and he explained they were busy but he would service my car. I drove down and proceeded to work on my laptop, Rick offerred to drive me home twice, I declined and a few hours later my car was ready. A new compressor! This week I had a metal object fall from a semi truck in front of me, blew out my front tire. Reached out to Rick, again yes sire we will take care of you! And Rick did. These two repairs generated over $2.4 in sales for this location, all due to great service provided by Ric Sotol. Today I moved into my new SA home, my daughter came to assist, upon leaving her car would not start. I verified the battery was good, could be starter or ignition. I reached out to Rick again, Rick provided a two provider and the car will be towed and worked on Friday. Rick explained with the Holiday weekend, the repairs would probably not be complete until next Tuesday.
